MyWard360 started with a simple frustration: reporting a broken streetlight in my own neighbourhood meant phone calls, forgotten complaints, and no way to know if anything ever happened.
I'm building MyWard360 on CivicOS — an open civic platform — so that fixing your ward feels less like filing paperwork and more like using a product you actually enjoy. Transparency shouldn't be a privilege; it should be the default.
